Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

How to Complete Your Return:

  • Check to see if your return is eligible by reviewing the requirements below
  • Email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@chesapeakebaygoods.com and detail which item you would like to return or exchange.  You will receive an email from our Customer Service Team with a prepaid shipping label to return your item. 
  • Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return.

     

    Return Requirements and Rules:

    • All Returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
    • Returns must have been purchased from www.chesapeakebaygoods.com. 
    • All clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.
    • Christmas Items are not returnable after Dec 23rd of the calendar year they are purchased.
    • If the item was purchased during a buy one, get one promotion both items will need to be returned for full refund.  If the free item is not returned then the returned item will only be worth 50% of the value paid.
    • Frames must be returned in the decorative Kraft gift box they were wrapped in. Returning a frame without the Kraft gift box will result in a $4.00 charge.

    Refunds

    • Original shipping charge will not be reimbursed.

    • Refunds will be charged back to the original payment method
