Returns and Exchanges

How to Complete Your Return:

  • Check to see if your return is eligible by reviewing the requirements below
  • Email our Customer Service Team at customerservice@chesapeakebaygoods.com and detail which item you would like to return or exchange.  You will receive an email from our Customer Service Team with a prepaid shipping label to return your item.  
  • Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your order.

     

    Return Requirements:

    • All Returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
    • Returns must have been purchased from www.chesapeakebaygoods.com, if the items were not they must be returned at the location they were purchased.
